Family Information

When patients, their families and physicians agree that a cure is not probable and that comfort is the goal, The Hospice Group helps families give care in their own special way.  Respecting wishes and values, The Hospice Group provides help for living fully in the time that remains, usually at home.  If home care is not an option, The Hospice Group can provide your care in your home or in many of the area's quality long-term care facilities.

The Hospice Group can help persons who:

  • Have any illness that is progressing;

  • Have a life expectancy that is limited;

  • Choose comfort care when treatments for cure are no longer effective; and

  • Live in Adams, Bartholomew, Benton, Blackford, Cass, Daviess, Dearborn, Delaware, Franklin, Grant, Hamilton, Hendricks, Huntington, Jay, Jefferson, Madison, Marion, Randolph, Shelby, Starke, Sullivan, Union, Vermillion, Vigo or White county.

If you think The Hospice Group can help you or someone you love you should:
